Today Jan. 3rd the male Eurasian Wigeon fed with other Wigeon, Gadwall, Black Ducks, etc. close to the point west of Thickson's Woods. Just south of Whitby Psychiatric Hospital, the male and female Harlequin Ducks fed with Bufflehead, Scaup and Common Goldeneye. Nearby were a pair of Surf Scoters and 3 White-winged Scoters.
