Good Morning! The Red-headed Woodpecker is still visiting the feeder at 3196
Campden Road. He appeared to be caching peanuts in a tree just north of the
house, returning regularly for more than 10 minutes until I left at about 10:45
this morning. Just north of there on the corner of Bethesda Road there were at
least 10 Lapland Longspurs with a small group of Snow Buntings and Horned
Larks. There were also a couple of Titmice visting my feeders at 2939 Campden
Road ( just south of the Woodpecker location ) Nice birding on a fine
morning!

Directions: QEW Niagara, exit Victoria Ave. ( Reg. 24 ) Vineland, head south,
up the escarpment to Fly Rd. ( stoplight ) turn rt., then go left on Campden
Road. Once out of the village, Bethesda Road is the first "country" crossroad.
Check the roadsides for the Longspurs. Continue south to Young Street, 3196
is the first house past there on the west side of Campden Rd.
