The Western Grebe is still present at Sam Smith Park as of 11:15am. Also seen this morning was the Snowy Owl and the Harlequin Duck. The Grebe is in the open water on the west side of the marina. The Harlequin is still in the east bay. We also saw a Northern Shrike.
