Yesterday (Sunday) at 8:00 a.m., an adult Royal Tern in breeding plumage was reported at the Tip of Point Pelee. It was standing beside three Caspian Terns, when its smaller size was noted.
The bird was reported by some visiting Quebec birders, who apparently are experienced. Documentation is being solicitated.
