I am resending this post, because I didn't do it properly earlier from my blackberry. The bird was viewed earlier today from the east side of the Collingwood grain elevator parking lot. A pair of Canvasbacks were seen as well, but in open water viewed from west side. Sorry for the lateness of this post.
