The 3 Whimbrels originally reported by Stan Long today were still at Reesor
Pond when I arrived there about 7:20 P.M. However, at 7:36 P.M. they lifted off
and did not look like they were coming back. Other shorebirds were 2
Semipalmated Plovers, 2 Killdeer, 4 Spotted Sandpipers, about 50 Dunlin, and
about 30 Semipalmated Sandpipers.

Reesor Pond is on the west side of Reesor Road, just north of the 407 highway
in Markham.
