A pair of Helmeted Guineafowl was seen along Glenora Road in Prince Edward County. While they are certainly not native, this is the second time I have seen them – the first was a few years ago. Clearly, these exotic game birds are making themselves at home in the area.
Directions: From Picton, take Bridge Street AKA Highway 33/Glenora Road toward the ferry.
