Yesterday, at 1:15pm there were 5 Fish Crows on the beach at Lakeside Park, Port Dalhousie. Two birds flew off east carrying nesting material so nests must be near by. Later I heard at least 3 separate birds calling from the east side of the harbour and one bird was in the car park looking for handouts with the usual mallards and rock doves.
I have an image of 2 birds in flights for those who wish to try ID with wing formula: https://www.flickr.com/photos/90638772@N02/16861231778/in/photostream/ Directions: https://www.google.com/maps/place/43%C2%B012'14.6%22N+79%C2%B015'55.0%22W/@43.2040419,-79.2652631,13z/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0x0 Cheers Rohan van Twest _______________________________________________ ONTBIRDS is presented by the Ontario Field Ornithologists - the provincial birding organization.
