We just found an American Avocet in some puddles in a soon-to-be-built
neighbourhood in Leamington. Also present are a number of more common
shorebirds, including a number if Solitary Sandpipers.

Technically it's on Summerville Ave. in Leamington, but this might not be
considered a street yet as there are no people living in this neighbourhood
yet. It's accessible via the east side of County Rd 33 (a continuation of the
Hwy 3 bypass) just before it intersects with Seacliffe. County Rd 33 is a tad
east of Leamington in Essex County.

Good birding to all!
