Paul Lagasi just called and said that the Western Kingbird has returned to the same location just now after being absent all morning.
The bird can be seen from the Experimental Farm Pathway just south of Fletcher Wildlife Garden off Prince of Wales Drive in Ottawa (45.383971, -75.702882). Good birding!
