The ECDO is still hanging around it's usual location in Guelph. I saw it yesterday around 1 pm on top of a vent at the corner of Cherrywood Drive. and Stephanie Drive, which is near Elmira Road South. Both photos and video were taken, which can bee seen on eBird.
