Mike and I were there on Fri and saw the Canada warbler and counted 17 monarchs....3 adults and the rest small ones....so reported that to the office...they know us and we're pleased with our report...also mentioned the warbler. We live in Kingsville and have a daily dozen Monarchs as well as a gorgeous Tiger Swallowtail. Bird wise....the Orioles are back daily, as is the Hummingbird and had 2 Bluejays yesterday. Also several warblers and did hear the bluejays earlier. Interesting that the sparrows have breeded again recently...but all the little ones are now eating by themselves.
