Kai Milyard just let me know about a frigatebird that he saw flying south by
the shore at Pinery Provincial Park. From his description it sounds like it was
a female-type or subadult with some definite white on the undersides. It was
flying with some gulls and as such it was unmistakeable by size and figure. I
would assume it's a Magnificent. It may be gunning it towards Port Edward, so a
search there may be worthwhile.
Good birding!
