Weather: Basically no clouds today making spotting the birds difficult. Temp to a high of 21 C and winds were light from the S and SSE for the day. Raptor Observations: Another small flight today with 49 birds mostly Sharpies (28) along with Osprey (4), n. Harrier (7), Redtails (2), A. Kestrels (5), a single Merlin and a couple of Peregrines. Non-raptor Observations: The Blue Jay exodus continued today with another 5260 tallied crossing through the hawkwatch area. Lots of good passerines have been migrating through as well with BT Green Warbler, Am.
