Hello all. I just had a Black-headed Gull on the ice in the Welland canal 
viewed from the parking lot of the Quebec and Ontario Paper Company. This is 
one of the spots the Slaty-backed Gull has been seen. It flew south at about 
11:00am. Seems to be a good spot to keep checking.

Directions.
>From Thorold go east on 58 over the Canal and turn right onto Davis Rd then 
>right again onto Niagara Falls Rd. Go to the end and turn right and continue 
>to the end and into the parking area for the Quebec and Ontario Paper Company.
