Additionally an Ottawa couple hoping for some Pelicans. Weather: Southerly winds throughout the day. Raptor Observations: A fairly long day today with only 30 non-TV raptors, and just 205 TVs. Non-raptor Observations: Another 6 Am. White Pelicans were around for a couple hours again today. 4490 Blue Jays were counted migrating and 350 Tree Swallows were estimated foraging over the marsh.
