Weather: Very cold...Strong bone-chilling southwest winds with barely any sun. Raptor Observations: It was a decent day for Turkey Vultures; they were slow but steady. 2 immature Golden Eagles and 3 Roughies. Local Osprey still around. Non-raptor Observations: 5 Horned Larks and 12 American Pipits fighting the winds.
