This morning at 8:30 AM (ebird checklist:
https://ebird.org/view/checklist/S43231071) I saw a GWFG at Ivey Park in
downtown London, where the North and South Thames Rivers converge into the
Thames. It was associating with the regular geese residents of the park.
The water level has somewhat normalized after the flooding, so hopefully,
the bird will persist in the slow-moving waters for a few more people to
see it. The bird was still there when I left.
