Festival of Flight May 7th Afternoon Report

Birding has remained slow in the park but continues to be a beautiful day to be
outside!
A total of 15 Species of warblers have been seen today. Pony Barn has been the
highlight for birding today with great looks at several Warbler species.
White-eyed Vireo, seven species of warblers as well as a Great Crested

the Pony barn. The Summer Tanagers continue to be spotted foraging in trees and
feeders in the Campground area throughout the day.

Just outside the park at Keith Mclean off of Kent Bridge Rd, American Avocets
and Willets are showing well in the back pond.
