Today, May 8th, at 3 pm. I saw a Pine Warbler and a Hooded Warbler,
singing also, Queenston Heights Park in Queenston ON. Along the
escarpment was the Pine Warbler between the maintenance building and the
Brock's Monument. The Hooded Warbler, male, was on the start of Bruce
Trail in the woods, 1/4 to 1/2 km along the trail. On the escarpment
side, there is a very large cutout, and across from that point in the
woods was the Hooded. To get here, take QEW Niagara, take 405 until
Stanley Avenue exit, turn left at stop sign on Stanley, until the yield
sign, keep to the right and drive along this road(name unknown) until
Parking lot for Queenston Heights park.Drive to the extreme left of
parking lot. This is where the maintenance building is.If you get to the
roundabout, you've gone too far.Jim Thomson
