Rondeau Festival of Flight May 6th Morning Report

A great morning here in Rondeau with lots of exciting sightings. A
Yellow-breasted Chat was seen near the Grace Anglican Church along with a
Brewster’s Warbler. A Cerulean Warbler was found at the Pony Barn amongst
several other warbler species. A Hooded Warbler and Prothonotary Warbler were
seen at Warbler Way (formally known as Maintenance Loop). Two Indigo Buntings
were also spotted today at the Tennis Courts on Lake Shore Rd.

The south end of Harrison Trail, South Point, and Marsh Trail are extremely wet
and flooded in parts, tall boots are recommended.

Join us from May 1st until the 19th for the Festival of Flight.

Guided hikes available.
