Birders,

There was a Buff-breasted Sandpiper among a nice assortment of shorebirds at
the south end of Wildwood Reservoir this evening (Sep 7). The Buffy was
foraging alongside Killdeer in the short grass at the extreme southeast
corner of the containment pond, viewed from the berm described below.

Directions: From hwy 401 turn north on Oxford County Rd. 6, towards
Stratford. About halfway between Embro and Stratford, turn west onto Oxford
Rd 28. Drive through the small community of Harrington and turn north onto
31st Line. After 1 km, on the east side of the road there is a berm that
separates the reservoir from the containment pond.

Good shorebirding,
