pleasantly warm; stiff WNW wind; ZERO cloud cover all day

Raptor Observations:
modest numbers, but fair variety, including a subadult (probably male)
Northern Goshawk at 1240p

Non-raptor Observations:
modest passerine movement, with a couple more Evening Grosbeaks; a flock of
30 or so Bonaparte's Gulls flew directly overhead early on; eBird list

Predictions:
winds NE to E with minimal clouds means that the birds that are moving will
be hard to spot
