I'm quite used to use this character in French emails, although I also use a
fixed-width font, so I guess I am biased.
That being said, I'm fine with reverting this commit if it is not convincing.
FWIW, Clang uses '...' when it truncates the quoted lines, but it's not
internationalized :)
