A patch for the bitbake-1.4 branch for cvs, svn, and svk
I've updated the patch for the bitbake-1.4 branch. The date check is now split
off into its own function, although this function is pretty simple. This also
adds tarball stash support for svk (I'm not sure why it didn't have this
already). SRCDATE = "now" should now always update on every build for cvs, svn,
and svk. I have only tested cvs, so testing of svn and svk would be
appreciated. The git fetcher doesn't seem to have SRCDATE support so I didn't
patch it in any way.
