I've not been happy with the os.system call here for a variety of reasons. A
possible improvement would be to use l = f.readlines() and then slice the array
l, only printing the last n elements of the array. l[-100:-1] The disadvantage
to this is the whole log file has to get loaded into memory. An f.seek
(1*1024*1024, 2) might limit us to the last 1MB of the file.
