Second try
If BBINCLUDELOG_LINES is set, then use that value.
This patch is more python and less proof of concept.
Moreover I tested it :-) this time.
Please apply against a vanilla 1.6 bitbake.
Should work too on trunk branch.
And please, consider I didn't post the previous patch.
