Since my coding abilities are very limited, I am looking for a professional coder who can teach me how to code a simple tool (an Android app) - to: . Sign *offline* a specific bitcoin raw transaction; . Generate the QR code of the resulting signed raw transaction. I can pay this professional coder on a per hour basis, and we can remotely work together via Skype and/or Teamviewer, and/or through other means seeking utmost efficiency.
