Subject: [bits] Tracing back from an IP address

I've got a couple of IP numbers that I'd like to trace back and try and get
more info on the system(s)/persons on the other end. I've pinged one and
it's active, but attempts to establish FTP, http and telnet connections are
refused. I've done a trace on it and it leads back to a PacBell DSL user
(probably with a dynamic IP). Any suggestions how I can collect additional
info when all I have is an IP? Links to good tools or methods would be
appreciated. Wink, wink.

Cheers,
.g
