you need to set up a port forward on box B that will get you to box C.
what needs to happen is you need to open a connection from b to c, and
bind a port on b that forwards to port 22 on C. you can't really do it
without setting up a port forward on B. so you wouldn't actually do the
port forward in putty (putty lets you specify what ports on _localhost_ to
forward to the remote host), you'd have to open a connection from b to c
and forward a port on b. make sense?
