does anybody have the ssh/nat bastion stuff that was talked about at
codecon?  basically, ssh from a to b.  ssh from c to b.  tunnel ssh from a
to c through the bastion b.

yes, that's tunneling ssh over ssh, and it works even if both a and c are
behind firewalls.  Benefit is you get your direct connection.
