its quite interesting what you have mentioned. Just looked at the bill
again to confirm. On top of the so called "Local Link", they are paying
additional for the Business & Yellow page listing. Additionally the
business's revenue from Yellow pages is zip zero. They rely on non-yellow
page advertising.

The Yellow Pages is included with Local Link so, I would recommend a
detailed needs analysis to learn what the client/prospect needs and what
they could live without. Some businesses feel they need the Yellow Pages
for example so, I would check to see how much it costs to be in the Yellow
Pages without Local Link and go from there.
