I (Benshaw) had a "billing error" that had us paying double for our PRI for about 13 months. This was about the same time we switched from 15 FL1s to a partial PRI, so the billing error looks to have disappeared in the confusion of "this new fangled phone thinger." Once it was pointed out, however, Bell was VERY good about it; they cut us a cheque for the billing error, plus the interest they would have charged us if we had been late paying. I had to look outside to see if I could see any winged pork. Bell is big, Bell is pricey, Bell is bureaucratic; but at least in my experiences over the past few years... they don't play silly bugger with their billing, and they are quick to correct mistakes once they have been pointed out and proven. -A. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
