Bob, please tell me were in the world words only have one meaning to
the exclusion of all other common meanings?
Just because one as been in use longer doesn't mean anthing, Bob.
The URL redirection mentioned has been commonly referred to as
cloaking for years, and nothing will change that.
So those who use it the way you do will just have to get over this
idea that words only have one meaning.
