Funny ... I though CLOAKING was the act of making your spaceship
disappear.
Or maybe it was the act of putting on a long, cape-like garment.
Point is: if someone wants to call redirection to a URL "cloaking", or
"stealth redirection" or "URL forwarding" or whatever, then that's what it
is.
