I highly doubt that this is actually a discount offered by OpenSRS.
To me this sounds like a deal offered by the RSP who is willing to take
a loss in order to attract clients to their primary business.
Of course OpenSRS guys would know better than me, but that's the best
guess I could come up with, which is better than nothing! :-)
