No, you haven't Mike. Since you choose to take this public, so will I. You sent in registrations for 3 domains. 2 of them were processed, 1 was not. You were asked how you wanted it handled, and you requested a refund. Right now I don't know if that refund was issued or not, but before you sent these messages to this list, earlier today as a matter of fact, the person who I hired to do a review of our billing did in fact contact you to get the details.
