They are absolutely not out of line. This has been going on for over one month. You 
have repeatedly not answered any of my previous emails, and only when I posted to this 
list did you respond.

You emailed me and told me more than one month ago you would give me a credit and you 
never have. This whole "investigation" is a smoke screen. No one contacted me at all 
today, thats an outright lie.

I contacted VISA security about this and saw a post from another disgruntled person, 
and then I posted. Its not out of line at all.

Do the right thing and refund me and anyone else you have collected money from and 
neglected to do the transfer/renewal.
