I don't like to reinvent the wheel, and since the opensrs-php project already exists, integrating phpdomain's GPLed code into opensrs-php's codebase is probably the best idea.

I already did a short TODO list ... one is to offer multi-language templates and messages. I started the french version, but can't help for others.

I just subscribed to the devel list of opensrs-php project, may be we can continue the discussion there. Do you know of other opensrs lists where we should announce and post information regarding the eventual merging of opensrs-php and phpdomain codebase? May be there are other developpers out there interested in that ...
