Focus flickering and 0.65 final

Hi

I am experiencing focus flickering with blackbox 0.65 final. This is an intermittant problem and not consistantly repeatable. Typically occurs a couple of times a week. I am able to stop the flickering by moving the mouse over to auto raise another window and then moving it back to the original window.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
