Yes. I'm still seeing this, but unfortunately I can't find a method
to accurately and consistently repeat this. It mostly occurs when
switching into a workspace with a few phoenix windows open.

IIRC Shaleh said that my low autoRaiseDelay of 250 ms was to blame,
search the archives around the time that 0.65 was about to be released.

Well maybe it is a good idea to change your work model once in a while
but personally I would prefer the 'bug' to be fixed (or a reply that
this cannot be done, technically).
