hmmm, maybe the middle button could be used for a thing like:
Open the new window in the _actually_current_ workspace, even if the
user has changed workspace before the window has appeared.
(maybe the word "currently" is not right in that case, i hope you
understand what i mean)
In that way we can switch to a empty workspace using bbpager :), start
a new application _here_ and be sure the application's window will be
placed where _we_(underlined...) decided.
I think that one is more "blackbox oriented" solution.
Bye,

P.S. Sorry to Ciprian Popovici for the private replay ...
Yep, like Jamin W. Collins said ... this has been sugested before, I
sugested it too when first writing here. Seems it's impossible though
:-( I'm using this workaround which is better than nothing: let the app
start in the current workspace make it sticky, jump to the workspace I
want, make it unsticky (with keyboard shortcuts) ... it's messy, I know
... hopefully I'll get my bbappconf running right sometime & then I'll
avoid some of this (question: how come bbappconf can start a certain
(type of) window in a certain workspace and yet blackbox can't? I mean
just like with bbappconf you have to do a command and find the window's
class type/name this could be done automatically by blackbox & then put
all windows with that class/name in the same place ... You've prolly
thought of this though ... I'm just saying.)
