It's the same version, the reason it varies, is because things like X,
glibc and gcc have changed.

Have a look at rpm -q --changelog blackbox, where you'll also see no
version updates.

I considered updating to the CVS version to get UTF8 support, but
decided against it since it seems to unstable still.
