Now I can't anymore either. It crashed right when I was testing various fonts and I thought that was the reason. It works fine with just Verdana. > > Brad, does Blackbox depend on fontconfig now? You only get font anti-aliasing if you use a fontconfig handle for the *font style resources. If you use an X format (ie. -*-arial-medium-r-*-*-12-*-*-*-*-*-iso8859-1) it works, but you don't get aa.
