I think there are definite differences between the following two things:
- Bloatware
- Meeting normal interface expectencies
While I think the dragging from desktop to desktop is a "perk", I think
such things as Click-To-Focus working on the _content_ without an ALT key
held down are basic interface expectencies.
I believe blackbox could use a simple way to move windows from desktop to
desktop. I'm not sure that it's dragging though, which is hard to
implement well and clumsy. The Be method of switching dektops while the
titlebar is held is elegant and simple. A keyboard press of some kind to
push a window into the previous or next window would also be very nice.
Call me a feature creeper, but I think the lightness of blackbox is a
great thing. I think it should have a very simple and straightforward way
to do this thing. Currently the desktop move UI is clumsy. Any better
ideas how to handle it?
