It sounds like you aren't running it in the slit.  If you did, you
could right-click and select "always on top".  If you'd prefer not to
use the slit, I don't know whether it's possible to keep it raised,
but at least "bbpager -d" will give it window decorations.

Hm, you're right about it not "raising" the windows on top.  I haven't
followed the bbpager development closely enough to understand whether this
is intended behavior, but I'd never noticed it before.

If you're not running bbpal in the slit, then use "bbpal -d" to get
the normal window decorations, and you can move it around to your
heart's content.  (bbpal -help for other options)

Don't mean to sound like a Slit Nazi, but a lot of these tools were
designed with the slit in mind.  Hope you can get things working.
