I do remember this mentioned at one point.  I would think keeping the slit
as part of the wm would be necessary, but I dont see why the toolbar
couldnt just be written as a tool similar to bbpager.  The only thing
which might pose a problem would be getting window titles; I dont know how
hard that would be.  If this were to be implemented, I think it would be
good if slits could exist in more than one location, so that the toolbar,
if split off from blackbox, could be on the screen in a separate location
from other slit apps.  I personally like the toolbar, but would not mind
seeing it in a more flexible form.
