Mainly because I may still change some of the things covered in
the man page before I put out a 0.61.0. Once I've finished with
the changes, I'm planning on updating the man page and putting
out a request for help in updating the nls translations (one
blurb has changed, and one has been added). All of which would
be followed by a release of 0.61.0 (which will include the man
page). After that...
Hmm. Time to get my lazy ass in gear.
