xterms that keep running

Hi,

On a couple of computers I have noticed that xterms are left running
after exiting from blackbox without closing the applications. The user
logs out, another logs in, and those xterms keep running. Other
applications, such as xload for example, are properly terminated. The
problem does not happen with other window managers, except blackbox and
windowmaker.

Does any of you would care to comment on this problem?
