Hmm. I seem to recall that using the apple keys or something similar
in conjuction with a button press should get automatically translated
by X into button2 or button3... I've a friend that runs Linux/X on his
PPC Mac who I'll be seeing in about an hour; I'll ask him how he
survives with just one button.
